Churches in the U.S.
Being a pastor is hard.   9 out of 10 of pastors quit the ministry entirely within their first decade out of Bible Collage and/or Seminary.   That's right, a 90% attrition rate.  This is after making a sacred vow to give their life to serving God vocationally.   This is a heartbreaking and painful experience, leaving many former pastors and their spouses and children deeply wounded, mad at God and resentful of people.

However, pastors not only need love and encouragement, they also need practical help in how to do ministry in a healthy way, with a good balance between serving God and taking care of their families.  They want to know how to be more effective as pastors and leaders, how to reach more people, deal with financial issues, etc.

We want to bring all of this FREE to pastors in what we're calling PASTOR HALF-DAY AWAYS.  Here are the basic issues that we address...

         PASTORS’S HALF A DAY AWAY

The purpose is to encourage, inspire, challenge and train pastors in turning their God-given vision into reality while living sane and happy lives.

Part One – WHY IS MINISTRY SO HARD?

Part Two – TURNING YOUR VISION INTO REALITY

Part Three – THE THREE BIGGEST THINGS I GOT RIGHT / WRONG

Part Four – THE BEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE YOUR CHURCH, WIFE AND FAMILY IS A HAPPY AND HEALTHY YOU

These HALF DAY AWAYS will be held in churches in different areas of Oklahoma, so the pastors don't have to come to us, we will come to them.  We will provide coffee, dounts and muffins and at the end, a lunch - all for FREE.

Your generous financial gifts are what make this crucial ministry to pastors possible.  Healthy and happy pastors lead to healthy, happy and more effective churches.
